Procurement Engineering

CONTECH personnel have experience in procurement engineering and material management programs at various utilities. This experience includes procedure development, item equivalency evaluations, commercial grade item dedications, procurement of material, equipment and services, validation and verification of existing warehouse inventories, shelf life programs, piece-part classification, preparation of Procurement Specifications, and validation of material management databases.

CONTECH has experience in developing commerical grade dedication acceptance plans, performing technical evaluations of replacement items, and establishing or extending shelf life of equipment consistent with the guidelines in EPRI 3002002982 (Revision 1 to EPRI NP-5652 and TR-102260), NRC RG 1.164, NP-6406 (NCIG-11), and NP-6408 (NCIG-13).
